Rintal Academy is our internal technical-commercial specialisation school which believes that the essential tools for the development of all the professionals who collaborate with Rintal are found in training and continued education.
Our training offering is composed of both by workshops, during which participants learn "know how", and by more specialised seminars, where the emphasis is placed on "knowing how to be."
In this way Rintal has created a modular training course that includes lessons in the classroom, with the aid of expert trainers, during which both technical issues concerning product features and their design as well as topics of a commercial and marketing nature as addressed.
Training in Rintal focuses on the active involvement of participants through group work, role playing, and practical tests of design and installation of our products.

The technical-commercial training course for new vendors is organised into thematic modules and coordinated by an experienced team of Rintal trainers who can provide you with all the know-how thanks to their experience and the plurality of professional profiles that characterise it.
The course aims to provide the technical knowledge regarding the product, the design tools, and the marketing tools that Rintal makes available to its sales network as well as the sales techniques that represent the guidelines for becoming successful professionals in the world of the stairs.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to get up close to and visit the company, its production departments and the various company functions that make up Rintal's corporate structure.

The training course is aimed at providing Partners with the technical knowledge of products and marketing tools that Rintal makes available in order to grow their business make the collaboration with Rintal effective from the beginning.

The aim of this course is to learn about our industry, the company, the technical language used, to learn how to read a stairs design and acquire the tools necessary to perfectly carry out an installation.

Participants in our courses, as a matter of fact, thanks to an e-learning platform and the creation of a reserved area, continue to stay in touch with our experts after the course and have access to different courses and supplementary materials so that they can learn even at a distance.
